laughing and crying.
ok i just watched a korean programme that scientifically researches this 2 topic
in general, both action prove to improve health and relax body!
i'll keep this real short cos i'm lazy to explain
laughing
1) laughing hard is equivalent to walking = exercising
2) exercises facial muscles which in turn improve brain activity.
3) relieves stress, let someone become happier
note) even 'performed' laughter can be beneficial. so do laugh more even though u are not happy. our brain will get a message that we might be happy and hence relaxes our mind.
crying (with emotion e.g sad/happy)
1) releases a chemical from our brain that induces stress out from our eyes (less stress)
2) heals painful memories
3) heals depression; when princess diana died (ironically), alot of ppl recovered from depression due to crying over her death.
interesting stuff isnt it?
i watched simpsons yesterday and i laughed hell lot! LOL!
maybe i'll watch 1 litre of tears to cry hell lot!
so to readers out there. pls laugh and cry oftenly! LOL
